Preparing Time: we need 5-7 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.

Your tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working days by email after we received your payment.

Note: Your parcel will be directly delivered your home only one time or it will send to your local post office then you need to take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. We will inform you immediately once your parcel have been sent out.
Return Policy
IN STORE:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 90 days with your receipt*.

*You will be required to present a valid photo ID for all returns or exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.

DIGITAL PURCHASE:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 90 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
